Brooklyn, NY, where my responsibilities included managing office suppliers, attending ECB hearings, managing appointment schedules for CEO and planning travel itinerary for CEO. My personable attitude and organized nature make me a great candidate for the position as I take ownership of tasks very quickly. I am adept at solving problems in addition to being a creative problem solver.

Currently I work as a Full Charge Bookkeeper/ administrative assistant at U.S. Tech construction Corporation, Astoria, NY where my responsibilities include maintaining attendance records for office and field employees, assigning and monitoring clerical and secretarial functions, overseeing and maintaining the General Ledger, assisting Controller in Generating Balance Sheet and Income statements and supervising office staff. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve many complaints and issues (such as billing disputes). Additionally, I have gained considerable customer service skills.
