Your posting caught my attention because I have a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management in addition to having worked in the same industry for several years as indicated by my enclosed CV. Given that I have met all the requirements for the job posting, I believe I am an excellent candidate for the listed position.

The experiences I have acquired as well as the personal development I have undertaken since completing my degree have prepared me fully for the post of Chief Human Resource Officer. Upon completing my masters in the Human Resource Management, I obtained a certificate in employment law in Saudi Arabia from Abdul-Aziz University which lasted for two weeks. This course provided me with a wide knowledge on all of the employment laws as well as multi-state Human Resource practices and principles as well as administration and evaluation of the employment laws. In 2018, I obtained SHRM certification from Dar Al-Hekma University, Jeddah.  My personable attitude as well as the organized nature makes me an excellent candidate for this position because I usually take ownership of tasks very quickly. In addition, I am adept at solving problems because I am a creative problem solver.

Also, I have working experience as a training and development officer for two years in a private company between 2018 and 2020. Therefore, I have extensive experience in hiring, recruiting, and retaining employees who are extremely efficient. During my tenure with this organization, I successfully and consistently applied and conceptualized strategies that brought about the higher quality of the hired professionals increase in retained personnel and reduction in the training costs. Besides, I have working experience as HR generalist for a year in a private company between 2021 and 2022. This provided me with a solid understanding of the knowledge and skills the position entails.

Currently, I work as HR Manager in a public company where I oversee the hiring process for the employees, maintenance of employee records and answering of employee complaints. I am well-versed in labor law on top of having excellent interpersonal relations skills, excellent leadership, and communication. My ability to use human resource management software and my top-notch attention to details will be assets to your organization. My extensive knowledge of Human Resource theory and law make me a standout candidate for the open Chief HR Officer position. I have proven my expertise through the management of HR operations of many employees in my current position.

I have proven track record in development and coaching of the supervisors as well as demonstrated ability in building a positive working environment and relationship at all levels. In this position, I will bring professionalism, reliability as well as a well-rounded Human Resource professional.
